GALVABOND® steel range
GALVABOND® steel comes in the following grades:
- GALVABOND® steel G2 and G2S steels: this range is a hot-dipped zinc coated commercial forming steel, that comes with a spangled finish and is ideally suited to general manufacturing processes such as ducting, or panels for commercial applications. Specifically, GALVABOND® steel G2S steel is a skin passed product to improve its surface quality.
- GALVABOND® G2S steel remains free from fluting for up to three months after galvanising (under normal storage conditions) and is suitable for general manufacturing purposes including:
- Tube formed products
- Air conditioning ducts and panels
- Metre boxes, trailers, cable trays
- Scaffolding, planks, rendering mesh
- Feeder troughs
- GALVABOND® steel G3N and G3NS steels: this product is non-ageing and free from stretcher strain, and was designed specifically to meet the requirements of:
